Everything you need to know about working with CBE Electrical Repairs.
Yes. CBE Electrical Repairs holds all required Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) electrical contractor licenses and carries full general liability insurance. We're also fully compliant with Amarillo city codes and local building ordinances. We're happy to provide proof of licensing and insurance upon request before any work begins.
Absolutely. We provide free on-site estimates for all residential and commercial electrical projects. One of our licensed electricians will visit your property, evaluate your specific situation, and give you a detailed, transparent quote with no surprise fees. There is no obligation to proceed after the estimate.
We prioritize emergency calls and aim to respond within hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm). For dangerous situations — burning smells, sparking outlets, or a complete power loss — call us immediately at 806-681-7985. We'll walk you through any immediate safety steps and dispatch a technician as fast as possible.
Our primary service area is Amarillo, Texas and the surrounding Texas Panhandle, including Canyon, Bushland, Tascosa, and surrounding communities. For large commercial or construction projects, we may be able to accommodate requests outside this area — contact us to discuss your project and location.
Yes — for all work that requires a permit under Texas and Amarillo codes, we handle the permitting process in full. Permitted work means your job is inspected by a city inspector, giving you peace of mind that everything is done correctly. Unpermitted electrical work can create problems when selling your home, void your homeowner's insurance, or create safety hazards. We never cut corners.
