Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CBE Electrical Repairs website (cberepairs.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and service recipients. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services & Estimates
CBE Electrical Repairs provides electrical repair, installation, and construction wiring services in the Amarillo, Texas area. All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if hidden conditions, additional materials, or scope changes are discovered during the project. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding. All services are performed by licensed electricians in accordance with applicable Texas state codes and local regulations.
Payment & Warranties
Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement. CBE Electrical Repairs warrants labor and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of service completion. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to any equipment or materials installed. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, acts of nature, or work performed by others after our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Potter County, Texas. You waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
